We took the night Glow tour and it was wonderful. Me, my wife and 14yo, 12yo and 10yo children. They simply loved it. It’s really one of those “very unusual” experiences that I’m sure they will remember for a very long time. To be able to swim at night inside a cave was surreal. Highly recommended.

Meeting point
The adventure starts at Valovine Beach, at our KAYAK & SUP beach rental centre (GPS Google maps: 44.861922, 13.810854).
When you reach the small roundabout and a bus stop in front of campsite Arena Stoja, Pula, please follow the road to the right (first roundabout exit) for about 300m until you reach us on the beach.

We prefer groups of 8 people, so we can keep it cozy enough to have the chance to get to know everyone.
Participation requirements
This tour is created for adventurous people, with some experience in sports and at least basic motorical & swimming skills. Both adults and children are welcome!
Please consider taking a private tour or let us know in advance if you have/need other requirements, can’t swim, don’t practice any sport on a regular basis etc. Be fair to other guests.

Tour Overview
The adventure starts at Valovine Beach, at our KAYAK & SUP beach rental centre (GPS Google maps: 44.861922, 13.810854). We will have a brief 15-20 minute introduction so that we can get to know each other, learn or refresh the basics of paddling and talk through the safety instructions. Once that is done, the night kayaking can begin!
Night Kayaking
Next, we set out onto the water, kayaking along the coastline on illuminated kayaks which allow us to see under the sea surface, enjoying the night sky away from the city lights and all the crowds.
Cave & Canyon
We then proceed towards the canyon and paddle a bit faster and longer, after which we enter the 30 metres long Pidgeon’s cave where it’s possible to take a night swim – if you dare? The lights below our kayaks show us the way and give us a special feeling since the cave gets illuminated with different colours. We have about 15-20 minutes to relax and/or take some nice photos of this stunning scenery. You’re welcome to bring your mobile phone with you!
Back To Our Meeting Point
From here, we make our way back to where we started where our tour sadly comes to an end and we must say our goodbyes. But, this is also a new opportunity to choose another adventure from our offer!
Important Details
- There are parking lots around our meeting point, which are free of charge!
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time so you can park, find us, and dress for the activity
- Suitable for ages between 7 and 70
- Not suitable for people with back problems, vertigo, heavy asthma, and similar health issues
- Children up to the age of 14 must be accompanied by adults in the same kayak
- Children and youth under 18 years of age must be accompanied by adults on tour

Few years ago we did a coasteering tour with Pula Outdoor and it was great. This time we chose night glow kayaking to the cave and this experience was even better than the first one. I have never seen so many bright stars and a large orange moon as it started rising at the finish of the tour. Thank you Majda and Tea for a great time 🙂
